Adrienne LindseyShe has over 15 years of experience in wellness and fitness, spanning from dance, Pilates, bootcamps, kriya yoga, martial arts, and more. Adrienne also has a background meditation and Eastern philosophy. Her desire is to reach people who want to heal their emotions by cultivating compassion, learning and personal power through physical exercise, spiritual exercise, teachings from Masters of the Far East and integrating the inner wisdom of the individual so that he or she can reach their highest potential or Divine Fit.

Sifu Freddie LeeHe began his formal Martial Arts training with the Ng Family Chinese Martial Arts Association in 1997-2000. He attended Purdue University in the years of 2000-2004 and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. While attending Purdue University, he founded a Martial Arts club called “Fighters United” from the years of 2000-2004. The club was designed to bring together Martial Artist’s of all different styles to train and learn together.
In the year of 2002 he discovered the philosophies of Bruce Lee and the Eastern Philosophy. Sifu Freddie Lee experienced a spiritual transformation in the year of 2002 and has been studying the spiritual teachings of the East ever since. In the years of 2005-2009, Sifu Freddie Lee was employed as an law enforcement officer. In 2009, Sifu Freddie Lee founded “Freddie’s Modern Kung Fu”. Sifu Freddie Lee views Martial Arts from a holistic point of view. He sees that the purpose of Martial Arts is aimed towards ultimate health in body, mind, and spirit. He encourages his students to achieve a state of no-mind in their training. He sees that the highest state of Martial Arts training is to be training in meditation, free from competition and ego. |
Natalie Ramos-Hernandez"The Success of One Woman is the Inspiration for Another" the motto Natalie shares with her students. She uses Vinyasa Yoga to help students coordinate movement with breadth to flow from one yoga posture to another. With a background in dance, chiropractic, weight training, and group exercise, Natalie helps students to cultivate joy or endurance during exercise by focusing on results instead of strain.
